[RC2] Once you leave your Mac alone, generation of strats gets slower

Always when I left any generation of strats, for example a Custom Project and a left the Mac alone, the generation of strats gets slower.

When I'm using the computer SQX seems to operate normal, which forces me to work always in the computer all the time when generating strats.
I've attached my battery settings, on any case.
