B137RC3 - Stock groups in Not ready state

After mass update of the stock groups and subsequent update of all symbols most of Stock groups remain in "No" ready state.

Persists across restarts.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've checked the behavior on RC1 and RC2 on the same server and the problem is ocurring for me on RC3 only. Clicking the 'Update data' link in the 'Ready to use' column has no effect. When the Stock Group is in this state it can't be selected in SQX dropdown fields - this prevents any building or testing using the affected stockgroups.
