SQ 4.137 RC3 cut & paste not working (right mouseclick)

0) I have done a fresh installation of RC  SQ 4.137RC3
1) I have used the GBPUSD-H1 Simple -Workflow to generate Strategies (see picture)
2) I tried to copy this strateiges with right mouseclick, but the cut & paste menue don´t apear. The right mouseclick is not working for cut & paste.
3) I tried the strg+c  and strg+v , this keyboard combination works fine for cut and paste. 


=> The cute and paste and right mouseclick is not working anymore.
