[RC3] SPP seems not to use the rest of the cores

When running SPP, I was checking the time every optimization takes when you change the custom number of cores, from 1 core to max performance and I got the following averages:

1 Core 1,31 s

2 Core 1,40 s

3 Core 1,38 s

4 Core 1,35 s

5 Core 1,32 s

6 Core 1,20 s

7 Core 1,29 s

8 Core 1,51 s

Max Perfomance 1,64 s

So it seems it doesn't use more than 1 core when running SPP.

I've attached screenshots of performance using different core settings.
