Place SQX MT4/MT5 indicators into a separate folder: SQX Indicators

Currently if we place indicators into a folder and then place it into indicators directory of MT4/MT5, they could not be found by the EAs.

And placing them directly into indicators folder is somehow not clean.

Please let us place them into a predefined folder, e.g "SQX Indicators"

Another note, the first indicator Commercialsindex is differently named from other SQX indicators.

If it's one of yours, it's better to have a unified name: SQCommercialsIndex

Also there is a folder named Examples inside indicators from SQX, which seems to be unnecessary.
