When using "sqcli.exe", all strategies from all databanks are removed

Steps to reproduce:

  • Have a strategies in custom projects 
  • Close StrategyQuant
  • Use "sqcli.exe" 
    I use "sqcli.exe -run file=..." command and list of "-tools action=orderstocsv" in it
    Also I use "sqcli.exe -project action=start name ..."

  • Open StrategyQuant again -> there are no strategies
