[137-RC4] Save config error.

Load SQX web version.

go to builder. click save config button, and then select save.

Image1 is shown.

bug1: when we click save, there is an error popup.

Now reset to defaults (Forex).

Click save config button again, and then select save.

Now Image2 is shown!

bug2: we expect same behavior while it is not the case.
