Commission and Swap in Data (Full Settings)

A small bug in the Full Settings/Data/Commission and Swap.
The program resets the swap and commission values if you change the symbol, even if you return to the initial symbol where the values were set.

This is not a bug.

When you switch the symbol, the default swap/commission values from the instrument are set.

A more detailed example.

1. The EURUSD symbol is set, I set the commission and swap. I conduct testing, etc.

2. Then I switch to GBPUSD, etc.

3. I switch back to EURUSD and there are zero values in the commission and swap field.

This is very inconvenient.
