Add switch to set End day as last available Date to

In settings where dates are set, e.g. Automatic retest, Additional market cross check etc., pls.:

1) Add switch to End day, as Start day already is, for taking these values from strategy. And therefore change AS-IS logic where Start day switch now has an effect on both Start day and End day.
2) Add a switch which sets the last available data day as End day. So now it will not be necessary to adjust all End dates in all tasks in all projects where the goal is to test on the latest data sets.
