[B138] Run all crosschecks independetly not working

Even if i select "Run ll crosschecks independetly from crosscheck filters failure, BAcktest on additional markets are not performed.

of course are not performed IF any Custom Filters are setup AND they are not passed.

Hello loonly, 


from version sqx138 there is a new setting on Ranking tab "Run cross-checks independently of custom filter failures".

If you check this setting , CC tests will run for all strategies even the custom filter fails for the main backtest.


The setting on the CC tab say something different "Run all crosschecks independetly from crosscheck filters failure".

Whether to run another CC test if the previous one failed or not.
