[Custom Project - GoToTask] jump to tasks that have the switch off
currently SQX cannot jump to tasks that have the switch set to Off, it gives an execution error. SQX should be able to jump and if it is Off, continue to the next one.
This way the flow will always be the same regardless of whether at that moment you want it to do the target task or you don't want it to do it.
