Ability to "Tag" or "Label" strategies

The use case for this would be.


We have a Databank that contains the strategies we generated... overtime this databank will grow bigger and bigger as we run the projects over and over... Some strategies will be repeats so we will delete them. 


As new strategies come in... we can eyeball evaluate further and then label them, for example: I can label them as Grade A, Grade B... and so on. Or I can further label one as Active... meaning that it's been deployed... or another as In Test meaning that it's being incubated.


This would make the databank database much more flexible for managing generated strategies.
