B138 - Builder - Exit types parameters locking

When global settings saved from "What to build menu", the "Exit types" building blocks parameters are locked except for "Exit after bars".
When I customize the "Exit after bars" the "Reset to default" is enabled. 
When I click  "Reset to default", "Profit target" and "Stop Loss" are unlocked for modification, starting from default. 
The "Default" values seem to be different from global "What to build menu" values.


The behavior repeats across the engines. Is this by design?
