[138-Final] DataManager BrokerSymbols - Synchronization problem

When we create broker symbol inside data manager, it should be visible in builder->FullSettings->TradingOptions->broker submenue, when we resetted builder to defaul stockpicker.
But we can not see it, until we close SQX and reopen it.
