[Build 138][BUG] Annoying bug, No strategies would save into the databank when using "(OOS)" filters but not having an OOS period,

*when it is in "Ranking" tab or any other filtering tabs (I.E. Inside any CrossCheck) too

A simple fix would be:
• Check if there is an OOS period selected

• Then check if there are "(OOS)" filters selected

IF NO OOS PERIOD >> IGNORE "(OOS)" FILTERS.
IF OOS PERIOD >> USE "(OOS)" FILTERS

I will definitely check this and fix if there is a bug.

It is a bug, if there is no OOS period/s set, but there are OOS filters, the OOS filters must be ignored IMO.., Thanks.
