[Build138][Matching BUG] - SQX Strategies that are based on the "ROC" indicator wont match in TradeStation

I found a bug that is causing SQX strategies and TS not matching,
It is the Default "ROC" indicator, or something to do with it,
i now tested building strategies with only "ROC" indicator's rules and all strategies that i tested wont match

I also had a chance to test the "ROC" indicator this way, still bugged..
