[Build138][SeqOpt Bug] SeqOpt as a CrossCheck with Auto-Apply parameters=ON wont work right.

The final "Result" at the left side of the window ALWAYS says FAILED, Even if clearly the results passes the test,

hence with this FAILED result the new stable parameters wont be applied to the strategy.

ScreenShot attached, you can see that the "Stable parameters" has been found, and its all in green says "Yes",
however the overall status is FAILED,
parameters DID NOT applied to the strategy.

THIS MUST BE FIXED, thanks.

Hello karish, can you attach the problematic strategy file ? I am not able to reproduce the issue on my side.

UPDATE: sqx139dev1 is already OUT. Can you download and test it? Maybe it has already been fixed.

ill try 139 dev1,
however my test was on using SeqOpt as a CrossCheck, not within the Optimizer, When using SeqOpt CrossCheck the top left result is ALWAYS = FAILED, hence the strategy wont be applied new parameters, thats what i sense the bug is.
