Spearate Limit Time Range settngs for the all Entry and Exit Rules.

As far as I know, "Limit Time Range" funtion is only limit for Entry Rules, except Exit Rules.

If possible, please make the All Exit Rules and Entry rule have own setting of "limit time range" (including Stop Loss orders) also have their "use" and "required" checkbox.
