[138]Log is too big when running PortfolioMaster and CPU always use over setting limit.

Dear SQ team

I find a big issue when I running Portfolio Master in SQX.
First, the cpu usage will over limit setting.
Second, log txt in user/log/StrategyQuant will increase very fast and very big.
It will cause HardDrive I/O problem.
You can see I only run 7min Portfolio Master but the log file is 44mb
And I set SQX only can use 12 cores but it always over usage(in the photo 91%) it should be limit in 12/16=75%
