[SQ4 B3] Clicking "Other (Min. distance, Commission)" in the Retester has changing values on each click

How to recreate:

1) Go to the Retester, click the "Other (Min. distance, Commission)" and enter a "5" for the "Commission" field.
2) Click Close.
3) Click again on "Other (Min. distance, Commission)" and the value for "Commission" (which should be 5) is now 0.
4) Click Close.
5) Click again on "Other (Min. distance, Commission)" and the value for "Commission" is now correct "5".
6) Repeat the steps and it will always switch between 0 and 5 on each opening of that menu.
