[SQ4 B3] Loading the attached strategy after a fresh start of SQ4 hangs forever

Trying to load the attached strategy into the SQ4 Retester after a FRESH start of SQ4, hangs forever during the loading process. If clicking "Cancel" while it tries to load and then reloading the strategy once again, it works instantly.
