[SQ4 B3] Problems with database operations / can´t move strategies to the Retester

If there are a lot of strategies in the database of the Builder, the scrolling is not correct. The scroll area is too big and if scrolling to the middle, the list starts to blink. Additionally, it is impossible to unselect the strategies once again by left clicking on one strategy (which should unselect all the others). Also, the strategies can´t be moved to the Retester, only one strategy gets moved.
