Import externally calculated CSV indicator data

Please implement (or advise whether this is consider legacy functionality that will not be implemented in SQ4) the ability to import externally calculated CSV indicator data.

This is a very important feature.  For example I might have some retail client sentiment data and would like to load this into a lookup indicator in SQ4 so that extremes of retail positioning are included in the building blocks
