Limit time from and limit time to
The limit time to and the limit time from are not being respected by SQ4. That is when limit time from is 07:00 and limit time to is 17:00, and both limit trades to range and exit at end of range are selected, SQ4 ignores these setting and places trades outside the range. This occurs when placing market orders.
Additionally (and unlike SQ4), there doesn't appear to be a place in the MQ4 code for the user to manually set the trading time range.

this is fixed in SQ4 now, but it has no effect in MT4/MT5 code yet.
