Strategy acceptance conditions didn't works for genetic build mode.

Hello,


While Genetic evolution process,

Acceptance condition didn't works.
In the picture I attached,
Stability >= 0.9
but there are many strategies which has stability value lower than 0.9
and all the other conditions are not works too.



<2> 
Sometimes, SQ4 UI is freezing although CPU is running well.

In the picture I attached, Record count of databank is 905, but in the databank folder, already 1500 strategies are there.





Please check these problems..

It also not works in the "improve existing strategy" mode.
