[Build 126] Assign available range for variables in custom template

Or I think It could be implemented it with RandomValue if we can limit the range of RandomValue.

if then, we will need two kinds of RandomValues for Double and Integer.

Just click on the Default link next to the building block, then on parameter and you can specify its range. See the screenshot.

It was not the parameters of building blocks that I want to talk about. 

It were the number variables that I made for my own logic in the custom template. 

Is it possible to load number variables of the custom template to building block config window 

to restrict its range?

Of course there is building blocks for NUMBER, but there are the cases we want to use different ranges 

for each of that number variable.
