Setting up memory for StrategyQuant4

we should add possibility to set maximum memory for StrategyQuant4.

Memory can be set using config file as described here:
https://docs.strategyquant.com/starting-quant-analyzer-with-more-memory

The article is for QuantAnalyzer, but the same applies also to StrategyQuant4.

We should add possibility to set more memory into Performance setting - see the screenshot.
We will modify performance dialog this way. When dialog is closed, it will create file StrategyQuant4.config
with the given memory setting.



There is also new Affinity setting that has to be saved and applied when initializing grid computation engine.
