Allow SQ4 to download data from Dukascopy to incorporate tickdownloader too

Downloading data via tickdownloader and then importing into SQ4 is cumbersome. Perhaps build tick downloader into SQ4, so that I can download and import data directly via SQ4 without having to use Tick downloader.

this is already there. You can download Dukascopy data directly in SQ4 - there is a Dukascopy button there.


We should perhaps make it more visible.
