[SQ4 B5] "Default spread" is not used in Strategy Builder

The "Default Spread" that we set in the symbol editor for each symbol is not being used in the Strategy Builder, it defaults to 3.0 and I manually have to set the spread there once again for the symbol. This should be automatic, because it otherwise makes no sense that we even can set a "Default Spread" in the symbol editor.
