When we move strategies to retester, "false%" is displayed on the progress bar.

Hello,

while moving strategies to retester, "false%" is displayed on the progress bar.
and after this, progress window doesn't closed. it is still here for 5 minutes, even though file moving is finished.
please check this problem.
