UI

After running randome gen for 20 hours the CPU load was down to 3% but it still shows as it is generating strategies but the autoscroll window show very low activity. The bug link on the UI was not responsive and I had to restart SQ4.This computer uses the onboard grafix card and the cores was maxed only for generation. However I have 40 of them and SQ never used more then 60%.

we'll look further for performance problems in SQ4, but for now we focus on backtest reliability
