Sliders on islands options not working properly

When I try to set the sliders for "Migrate every xth generation" and "Population Migration Rate," the sliders don't work properly. Sometimes they go down to negative numbers, and I can't set the top slider to more than 3.

Still happens on Build 117 for me, very frustrating as I can't set the sliders at all
