Moving strategies from builder to retester

When I am moving strategies from builder databank to retester databank, strategies are only copied, not moved. They are still in builder databank (and folder of builder).

yes, but this is how it should work. We should probably change the description text to state "copy" instead of "move", but there is no reason to delete the strategies from builder.
