[SQ4 B8] Having selected "Max Performance" still just uses about 20% of my CPU in total

As the topic says, the CPU usage, if using "Max Performance" for the thread configuration, barely exceeds 20% on my Threadripper 1950X CPU (32 threads). I´ve also tried to manually select "Customer number of cores" and entered "32", it does not make any difference. As I am doing completely random generating of strategies, SQ4 should easily be able to use all 32 threads without any issues. Adaptrade Builder maxes my CPU out to 99% all the time. Hope something can be done there for SQ4 to be more efficient with this.
