[SQ4 B9] Chrome Browser needs to be launched from SQ4 directory to allow multiple instances

To sad that this still is not addressed in B9 because I think you said it would be done already. The Chrome browser (browsercore32.exe) must be launched from within each SQ4 directory instead of from /AppData/Local, because otherwise, it is impossible to run multiple instances of SQ4 from different directories.
