Numerous UI bugs

1. Monte Carlo tests often doesn't show up at all.
2. Monte Carlo tests doesn't change option (exact method vs resampling method, e.g.)
3. Backtest with different markets - EURUSD doesnt' change to GBPUSD, as an example)
4. Same as above, but time frame not changing.
5. Clicking on different monte carlo cross-checks, shows wrong window.


These are all shown in the GIF, except for number 3 and 4.


Closing and re-opening SQ4B9, fixes the problem for a short time. Then problem persists.
