Improve performance of moving strategies to Retester and resetting stats before reset

we have to make it more efficient by not saving/loading to files but copying files and objects.

Upraveno. Přesun strategií do Retesteru je mnohem rychlejší, upravil jsem DatabankBestResults, aby se změny posílaly na frontend se zpožděním, teď je nastaveno 1000ms, dá se snadno změnit.
