Strategy comments

It would be nice that as default strategies used their names as comments for orders and trades in mt4 the same way they did in sq3.8.2 otherwise it's very hard to find problems in real or demo markets. Also it would be nice that editting window did only change whatever you change, at least now it also changes money management and other things.
