Nonexisting aliases cause errors during strategies loading

Custom instrument aliases defined in aliases.txt file inside user settings folder need to be checked on startup and when removing instruments. Otherwise it is impossible sometimes to load old .str strategies into databank as it throws nonexisting instrument error.
