"Fixed Values (in Pips)" state not being remembered

The "Fixed Values (in Pips)" checkbox on the Exit Types Buildig Blocks is not being remembered. For example, if you uncheck it, exit the program and relaunch, it is back to being checked. But not only then: it happens very often and I haven't figured out all the other times it happens.
