Manage views bugs

Manage views popup height doesn´t fit the content dynamically. If use default view in a databank, open up the manage views popup and change view, the popup stays at its current height.



Another problem is the clickable area of views select box. Clicking on the arrow does nothing as the active area is shorted then the select itself.
