[Build 119] ** Duplicate ** Using Indicator Values As Targets/Stops

With custom indicators being added as a feature, there are many indicators that paint price line values on charts traders tend to use as targets. Ex. Pivots, Recent Swing high/low etc. There would need to be a logic that allows you to to choose which level to use as a target, whether to target the most recent plotted line, targeting the closest value to the down or up side when buying/selling, etc. This would help a lot for indicators with dynamic target indicators that recalculate every x bars.

You can also use this to do things like trail stops with a moving average or target the midpoint of a changing bollinger band. Price values of indicators would need to be tracked and stored in SQ4 in order to make this happen.

Also, indicators can be used as an exit signal instead of just a target or stop. So if you want a trade to exit when a signal from an indicator occurs, this should be apart of this functionality
