Initialisation Problem on Start up

Just downloaded RC4 - it did not start up fully. The error message is attached. Of course I have no log. RC3 did not start either after that. However, until I started RC4, RC3 never had any problems!
What could be going on?

I'm sorry, there was an old installation version on CDN, it doesn't work correctly.


I fixed the problem, please redownload the installation: https://www.strategyquant.com/licenses/d?code=sqrc4


The downloaded file should be named StrategyQuant4_RC4_setup_fixed.exe
