SQ4 RC4 - Custom Projects still has a bug

I have attached a simple Custom Task prooject to automate generation process but i am trying it on MTF strategies and i keep getting same error. I reported similar error with RC3 also .

" Setting: Cross checks, Error: Cannot load CrossCheck Settings (1). null "
