Possibility to disable automatic updates
Possibility to disable automatic updates if user wants to keep some nstallation in its current version.
The easiest would be by checking an existence of file "noupdates.txt" in SQ main folder.
If such file exist there then don't check for updates on program startup.
The file can have any content, it can have 0 length, it just have to exist there.
When it will be deleted SQ will again check for updates.
