sq4rc4 freeze during MultiTF calculation

During evaluating MultiTF in one direction SQ4 freeze and nothing is doing. It's semms like a bug in MultiTF calculation or similar.

the same problem as reported in another task, there are no signal or indicators building blocks chosen in your config.

I added few more checks before the start of build.
