CPU and Memory consumption Very High

At my computer it works fine. I give the SQ 32 GB Ram and all is ok.

YOu can change the performance settings and let it use less cores.

It would be also helpful if you can attach your Builder config here.

The image capture below is an update of what is happening.

This was not happening in previous releases. There were crashing problems, nut have not had any crashes with this release.

As said before, I have not changed anything that would explain the memory & cpu behaviour.

Has struggled to generate 5000 strats as shown and reached it max memory allocation.

Can you please attach also your build setting here? I need to know what kind of strategies you are trying to generate.

Strategies should have their memory freed when they are stored into databank and not used for some time.

I see you have open menu on the top right, but you said that you cannot save project configuration, which is in the menu next to Settings.

Are you are still unable to save config in Builder, Retester and Optimizer?

It seems you also have problem with File dialog - some people experience issue with it as well, there is a possibility to switch to basic file dialog in Global program settings.

Other than that, program should be running fine. Please check the new RC6 and report any problems.
