did it create Java crash file hs_err_pidXXXXX.log in the main SQ folder?

Yes it did created a file, i delete all of them i will start testing again for crashes, IT WAS MY PROBLEM!, my PC was up for 10 days without any restart, when i did restarted my PC the problem was gone!,
my google chrome even crashed when SQ4 crashed WTFFF,
sorry for the wrong alert for a bug guys..!,
next time i will try to test it on a fresh PC :)
its running with the same config settings now without any crashes!!!, thanks guys!, hope SQ4 will continue to evolve fast and awesome like this!
