WFA on addtitional markets in Crosschecks

Possibility to WFA  additional markets in crosschecks would be very beneficial when they are configurable in data periods other then the Main build. Of course they would have to pass any ranking filters first.

we cannot pack everything into Builder. 


What you describe is more advanced workflow, and this is exactly what Custom projects are for. There you can have multiple retests and optimizations on different markets.
