RC106 cant download data for this symbol

I deleted currency pair and made it new,  but I got the same result.

I think the internal structure had been wrong.

I cant reset this currency pair.

can I have several question about your issue?

1) Are you downloading more symbols simultaneously, or AUDCAD only?

2) Does problem happen at AUDCAD case only, or do you have a problem with another symbols too?

3) Does AUDCAD constains some data and you want to continue with downloading the rest of data? Or AUDCAD is empty? Or problem occures in both situations?

4) Does problem occure randomly, or regulary you aren't able to download this symbol? For example - when you restart application you are able to download data but after some time you aren't?

1) It is possible I tried some things parallel

2) this was only AUDCAD all other symbols are ok.

3) No it is a fresh load

4) It occurs only one time. Possible that I have done to many thinks at the same time.

At the moment I cant look into the SQ

After update from 4.106-> 4.107 this SQ dont start more.

I have installed a fresh installation. I can give you my defekt version if you want?

But we can look of this problem happens again.

We assume that you run StrategyQuant4.exe instead of StrategyQuantX.exe.

We renamed the product and forgot to delete the old exe file. Please run X and it should work.
